Wow what a day yesterday! And today again! It was truly incredible.
We are sooooo appreciative to you and your amazing team of people! ?? You were certainly right about Tintswalo …. it truly is an amazing special place! We were noticing it even more today! I think when everything wasn’t a blur! But wow!! Seriously wow!!!!!! ?

We could have searched for years and years and never found a place soooo perfect! We LOVED it! If we didn’t already fall in love with Cape Town we are now head over heels with it and each other!!! Thank you for all your help, guidance and knowledge. But most of all thank you for your kindness. You really made everything very special with lots of lovely touches. Your experience and your confidence in your people and your places really shone through and made us believe and it totally all paid off for us in abundance!

The fire dancer was an amazing surprise too! Soooo cool! It just looked incredible with that back drop! Honestly it’s all been out of this world!!!!! We will never forget it.

Dear Kirsty and Patrick,

We hope this e-mail finds you well. We have arrived home safely after two wonderful weeks in South Africa. Please let us express our gratitude to both of you – not only was it lovely to meet you, but you made our wedding and everything around it possible and memorable! Jilda’s pictures (please send her our warmest regards) are simply stunning and we cannot stop looking at them and sharing those memories with our family and friends. Patrick, thank you once again for officiating our wedding in such a beautiful and heartwarming way and for depositing the documents at the airport hotel! 🙂 We will keep you updated on the legal process we talked about. Kirsty, thank you for the perfect organisation of the wedding (as well as the surprise music 😉 ) and the honeymoon! The places and accommodations were exactly what we liked. Gondwana was spectacular and they surprised us with upgrading us from a „simple“ double room (one hut) to a standalone three-bedroom villa we didn’t have to share with anyone….still mind-blown on that one…

Now, being back in Austria where the temperature currently ranges between -1° and 7°, we are already imagining our next trip to South Africa….

No words can describe our wedding. It wasn’t the usual type; there was no entourage, it wasn’t in a church. Excluding the photographers and the wedding organizers, the only guest was our sister. The outfits weren’t blinding white nor lacy (as a matter of fact, we got it off the racks), the champagne non-alcoholic (LOL) and to top it all off… there were two brides.

It’s so amazing, however, that the wedding organizers managed to make everything happen within just 2 weeks’ notice. So, much love and Kudos to Kirsty Marmarellis and to Andred and Alison. If you are planning to get married is South Africa, please visit their website. I assure you the most unbelievably perfect and romantic wedding.

Also, among all of the above-mentioned countries to visit, South Africa is the easiest to apply visa for.

The whole experience in South Africa was incredible, Kirsty, and I can’t thank you enough for making it so special. Every hotel we stayed in made us feel so special and the areas were visited were so beautiful. Even the longer drives that we had to do were far from boring as you have such stunning scenery and wildlife to keep us entertained! This is the first holiday that we have been on that I have let anyone else organise – usually I have to research everything myself, but what you organised for us couldn’t have been topped by anything. And wildlife-wise I think we saw everything (and much much more) than we could have hoped for – the big 5 on safari, cheetahs, black & white rhinos, hippos, penguins, whales, baboons, eagles, to name a few!
And as for the wedding itself, it really was just perfect and just what we had imagined. Thank you to you, Patrick and Jilda for making it so amazing.

The only downside was that we could have spent two months over there, not just two weeks! But the area is always going to be so special to us so there is no doubt that we will be back.
I do apologise for not emailing you sooner – I think it has taken this last month to get back to reality!

Thank you for helping us plan the most amazing wedding. I know we only gave you two and a half months to pull it off, but you did. The flowers, the cake, hair and make-up, the photographer and the venue. Besides the butterflies in our stomach, everyone that was there on the day made us feel comfortable and relaxed.

Hello Kirsty!!

Kirsty we have to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us with what our friends and family are calling  ‘the wedding of the century’!  My sister has apparently cancelled all weddings for the next 5 years because that would be enough time for everyone to forget about this one! Lol.

You put us in touch with some incredible people and we really want to thank you for that.

Everyone helped make our day shine, befriended us along the way, made us feel amazing, at ease, made us laugh, made us cry (in a good way) and we will never forget what important roles each of them played and the impact they made on our lives.   As for the day itself, we were so happy with how everything turned out, we could not fault a thing.  You hooked us up with the most amazing venue, a hidden gem tucked away on a mountain face but just waiting to take your breath away. But the running of the day was all you and you were amazing.  You were so calming for us on the day, yet kept everything running on time.  You never rushed us, you let us enjoy everything that was happening, yet gently moved things along.

You were just so genuine and on the ball, it was just a pleasure to have you involved on our day and we can’t thank you enough.  A wedding is just so special.  Kelly and I were blown away by the impact the day had on us.

It was the purest happiness both of us have felt and we both wish we could live that day a thousands times over.  And to look back and say that we honestly had a dream wedding, just makes us the luckiest girls in the world.  For now, take care but we’ll be in touch!
